- This description was proposed to the Yearly Meeting in June 2007 by the current AFSC Representatives and the Committee on Procedures. In September the Executive Committee recommended to Continuing Committee that this revision be accepted. Monthly Meetings will be consulted through the Fall letter. (09/24/07)

- Minute EC 07-11 recommends that this description be replaced by the proposed AFSC Representatives (also posted). That recommendation is directed to Continuing Committee for consideration, because the proposal drops the position of AFSC Liaison for Monthly Meetings.
