Friends, Saturday March 18 at 10:00 MDT and 9:00 AZ time, IMYM is holding an online Meeting for Worship for Business. Two very important topics will be discussed: 1. The proposal for the IMYM Children, Youth, and Families Coordinator, and 2. Possible changes to how IMYM does business – are changes to the structure of Representatives Committee in order? Registration continues to be very close. It must seem like the goal posts keep moving. The details that support an effective registration experience for the IMYM community and administration involve a lot of details. Some of these details are outside of IMYM’s control and thus we have had to wait; some are improvement efforts to make registration easier and a better experience. We hope to have registration open by the 17th. An email will go out to the IMYM community as soon as registration is ready. Updates will be made to the Annual Gathering pages very soon that will reveal program details associated with this year’s theme: Connecting in Joy Across All Ages. Fun Volunteers. Bronwen Hillman, a contractor on our Tech Team, is hard at work improving our document storage, handling, and retrieval. She needs volunteers! One job involves getting to know the historical IMYM through our archived documents. These documents need important attention: correct naming, for example; putting them into correct folders, and more. You can do this work at home on your own computer. If you like history and IMYM, and can spare some time to help on this project please email: assistant@imym.org and put VOLUNTEER in the subject line – you will be glad you did!
