Friends, we ask that all of us in IMYM and our meetings feel and take responsibility and work to find people to serve the Yearly Meeting community.

Ask Representatives Committee members to report back to their Meeting the positions that need to be filled and to provide names to Nominating Committee.
Send information about available positions to all Clerks of Monthly or Regional Meetings and Worship Groups with requests to identify Friends who may have gifts, strength and light to serve and promote self-nominations.
Post available positions on the IMYM website and provide a self-nomination form.
Make repeated calls at IMYM Business Meeting and in the newsletter.

- Nominating Committee is seeking 2 additional members from different geographical areas (AZ, NM).
- Our current focus is on filling the following 3 positions as soon as possible:
